Does this mean you can eat all the healthy food you want and still look great? Sorry, no. You still must use portion sizes and exercise to maintain what you have once you get where you want.
Being a size 2 or 4 does not mean you are healthy. Focus on the way you feel. Are you tired all the time? Do you "feel" old?
I am 36 and feel as energetic and young as I did when I was 20! I have always eaten healthy and exercised except when I was injured. I have friends who are always saying they feel so old. The main difference between us is that I refuse to eat fast food and stay active!
If you do any type of exercise, be it yoga, pilates, running, walking or working out then this also helps alleviate any stress you have in your life!
Growing up my mother became a single mom to 3 girls when I was 12. She had 2 jobs and went to school at night yet always found time to exercise and we always ate healthy. People use to tell her they wish they had her energy, she would say they could if they exercised. They chose to go to happy hour and have a drink or smoke instead.
These people are now the same ones who look like they are in their late 70's when she is still getting carded for senior citizen discounts!
